Do I still need Power BI licenses for my clients?

No. EmbedInsight sits on top of the Power BI workspace/capacity you already pay for. Your clients access reports through an opaque access token — they never need their own Power BI Pro or Premium Per User license.

Is pricing per client, or per portal?

Per portal, with a user cap per plan (see above). That's the core economic difference versus Power BI's own per-viewer licensing, which gets expensive fast past ~20 external users.

Can I white-label the portal on my own domain?

Yes — every plan includes full white-labeling: your logo, your colors, your domain, no EmbedInsight branding.

What happens if I go over my user limit?
